Leslie Musotic, RN, MSN, CDOE
Leslie was born and raised in Central NY and moved to Rhode Island in 2011. She has been a nurse for over 40 years and practiced in a variety of settings including a medical-surgical unit, surgery, ICU, home care and behavioral health. She graduated from St. Elizabeth’s School of Nursing in Utica, NY and SUNY Utica-Rome with a Master’s in Nursing Administration. Leslie is a Certified Diabetic Outpatient Educator; and currently, she is a Nurse Care Manager with Rhode Island Primary Care Physicians Corporation, assigned to Family Health and Sports Medicine.
In her spare time, Leslie enjoys visiting with family in NY, including her granddaughter, Penelope. Her grandson, Carter, lives in Alabama and Leslie visits as often as she can. Leslie also enjoys spending time with her husband, caring for her fur babies, and gardening.
