How do I get medication refills?
The best way is to request a medication refill directly from your pharmacy. If you do not have any refills left, your pharmacy will automatically send us a request. The second best way is directly through MyChart. Click on the "Medications" tab, then on "Request a Refill" tab, and follow the instructions. Please notify the office at least 5 days before you will run out of medicine to allow for days your doctor may not be in the office. Controlled substances will not be refilled when the office is closed including nights, weekends, and holidays. ________________________________________
